Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label or receive instructions for international shipping depending on your location.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
